Terms and conditions

  1. For new customers payment is required with order.
  2. Orders under £100 – payment is required with order. Minimum order £15.00
  3. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
  4. Carriage is extra and will be charged accordingly.  
  5. Hired goods are the responsibility of the hirer. They must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Any damage, losses or misuse will be charged accordingly. Please do not attempt to repair or wash hire goods without our written permission.
  6. Goods remain the property of The Flag Consultancy Ltd until full payment is received.
  7. Payment is required for credit account customers no later than 30 days from the end of month of invoice. Failure to comply may lead to cancellation of your credit facilities and legal action. Interest will be charged on overdue payments at 5% over the Bank of England base rate
